The MISSION of GAME (GovCon Advancement Mentoring & Engagement Committee) is to provide a forum for Government, military, and industry leaders to prepare, promote, support, and mentor each other, with a focus on senior and emerging leaders within the fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). The forum will build a powerful network to share experiences, to enhance professional relationships, and to encourage significant contributions by its members. 

The primary focus of GAME is: 
Mentorship & Leadership Development – creating structured opportunities for senior and emerging leaders to learn from each other.
STEM Advancement – supporting STEM-related initiatives in education, awareness, and career pathways.
Workforce Enablement & Career Growth – equipping the GovCon workforce with skills, resources, and insights to thrive in a dynamic federal environment.
Networking & Collaboration – building lasting professional relationships across government, military, and industry to strengthen the GovCon community.
Scholarship & Sponsorship Impact – ensuring sponsorship proceeds and partnerships directly support STEM scholarships, grants, and the next generation of leaders.

All proceeds from GAME events cover the cost of events, then go to scholarships and educational grants in STEM scholarships.  Sponsorships offer companies opportunities to participate in this great mission and to partner with GAME in achieving all of these goals.
