Technology Showcase/Demo: AFCEA NOVA Innovation Showcase 2026

This year’s theme is Tech for Tomorrow: Advancing the Mission for the Warfighter. Our goal is to inform industry regarding DOW’s mission to advance innovation and technology across the military and defense agencies. We are looking to bring together top leaders from DOW military branches to help inform Industry on changes taking place within procurements and technology that are helping to advance the mission for the warfighter . This event will also showcase the latest advancements in Tech and defense innovation with ready solutions, practical demos, and teaming conversations. Industry is eager to assist the government in enhancing America’s competitive edge, innovation and digital transformation activities while securing the mission.

This includes our Technology Showcase/Demo Session where we will highlight 4 companies to spend 15 minutes on stage highlighting their Innovative Technology/Solution.

Cost/Process:

To participate please fill out the application which is linked here. This Session can only host 4 demos and is highly competitive. Applications will be due by Feb 28^th 2026 and decisions will be sent out on March 13^th to the contact listed in the application.

Cost for this exhibit is $5,500 which includes your company into the Silver Sponsorship level as well as this 15 minute demo, which includes:

Recognition in Email blasts and Social Media posts
Company profile and technology/solution on event pages
List of opt-in registrants, sent post-event
Company logo on IT Day materials
Table Top Booth
15 minutes of stage time to demo your solution/technology which will be shared on all TV screens within the event
2 complimentary tickets to the event
Discount to go to higher level sponsorship
