Ms. Nicole A. Jurado is Chief of Staff for the Deputy Chief of Space Operations for Strategy, Plans, Programs, and Requirements (S5/8), Office of the Chief of Space Operations, the Pentagon, Arlington, VA. She serves as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, assisting them in decision-making, ensuring the strategic plans and mission requirements are directly aligned with financial resources and budget cycles. While directing and overseeing processes to ensure the administrative needs of the organization are being fulfilled.

Ms. Jurado attended New Mexico State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master of Business Administration focused in Finance. While completing her MBA she participated in the Student Career Experience Program with Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC). Upon graduation, she was hired as a Department of Army Intern. From there she worked at multiple locations within ATEC as a Budget Analyst/Financial Manager. In 2018, she relocated to Wiesbaden Germany where she was a Logistics Management Specialist with US Army Europe (USAREUR), providing logistical support across the European Theater via Acquisition and Cross-Servicing Agreements orders. At the end of 2020, Ms. Jurado relocated to Washington DC to gain Service Headquarters experience with the standup of the U.S, Space Force. She worked her way from Action Officer to Division Chief over 4 years in the Programming Office. Worked closely with the Field Commands, Headquarters Staff Elements, Other Military Services, and Office of the Secretary of War Entities across all parts of Programming and President's Budget build process.
