Description
The AFCEA NOVA Small Business committee will host Mr. Philip Alcorn, Director, Army Cyber Technology and Innovation Center, U.S. Army, on February 21.
Mr. Alcorn will talk about how small businesses can win contracts, overcome bureaucratic barriers to in the acquisition process, and work more closely with government labs that have unique, fast action contracting authorities. He will also cover how small businesses can work more effectively with the federal government and with the U.S. Army Cyber Command.
