Mr. Hagan is the Deputy Data Officer for the US Navy and IT Portfolio Management Lead at OPNAV N2N6D. Prior to this role, he was a Naval Architect and Systems Engineer with NSWC Carderock Division, serving as the Digital Strategy Lead in the NSWC/NUWC HQ, with over 5 years of experience in maritime applications of Data Analytics and Data Management. He sits on numerous DON and DoD-wide working groups in support of digital transformation, data strategy and data analytics as a representative for OPNAV and the US Navy.

Outside of work, Nathan lives in Reston VA with his husband, Justin, and can be found often building new LEGO creations.
