Jackie Lopez is an innovative and results-driven information technology executive who is the President of Premier Enterprise Solutions, LLC (Premier), a IT management company that provides cybersecurity, supply chain , health IT and program management in the intelligence and federal space. Premier is an 8(a), woman-owned and service-disabled veteran-owned small business providing mission critical support to Department of Defense and Federal civilian clients such as the Air Force, Office of the UnderSecretary of Defense, Defense Logistics Agency, Health and Human Services, Veterans Affairs and the Department of Homeland Security.
Jackie co-founded Premier in 2012 as a As an Air Force veteran who honed her skills in enterprise Information Technology and Acquisition, she is an accomplished leader with a proven record of success leading both public and private enterprises. Prior to entering the private sector Jackie served as the Director of Defense Department programs at the GSA Federal Systems and Integration Center (FEDSIM), where she oversaw the acquisition and management of large-scale enterprise information technology contracts. Jackie’s career in information technology began as an Air Force Officer where she was assigned numerous progressive assignments culminating in her last detail in the Air Force Headquarters at the Pentagon overseeing the Top Secret Air Force Operations Network.
Jackie is a 2020 graduate of the VA OSDBU’s Women Veteran Owned Small Business Initiative and a 2016 graduate of Montgomery County’s Veterans Institute for Procurement (VIP) Grow Program and a 2022 graduate of the VIP Advanced Program. In 2021 Jackie was named one of the Top 100 Women in MD by the MD Daily Record. INC. 5000 cited Premier Enterprise Solutions as one of America’s 5,000 fastest growing companies in 2020, 2021 and 2022. This honor was followed by the Washington Technology magazine’s 2020 Fast 50 List and 2020 and 2021 VET 100 awards. Jackie is committed to giving back and is very involved in organizations that promote mentoring and educating STEM students and women and veteran small businesses.
