Tiffany is currently Vice President of Sales at Carahsoft Technology. Under her leadership her team revenue grew from $0 in 2011 to over $600 million YTD in 2023. She on-boarded 57 new technology partners and expanded sales capabilities for existing partners in 2023 alone, and over 300 in her time with the company. She led all negotiations with new companies and was a key contributor to sales and marketing planning. Tiffany works to open doors to new business opportunities within the public sector and helps organize hundreds of educational events each year.

In addition to her sales contributions Tiffany leads various strategic corporate programs including customer training programs and internal mentorship programs. Tiffany also designed an approach for nurturing smaller partners to become more strategic partners by leveraging sales and marketing strategies to grow their footprint in public sector. This has been utilized for 57 partners on her team. She presented her strategy, and reporting metrics, to Carahsoft leadership, and the approach is being scaled corporately.

Tiffany recently completed her MBA at William and Mary; she is currently focused on sharing best practices from the program pertaining to business and leadership to various audiences in the sales industry.
