Debbie De La O is the Vice President for the Army and Mission Partners Division within Leidos Defense. In this role, Ms. De La O manages the Enterprise IT and Cyber portfolio and leads programs across the Army and Mission Partners. She provides management and technical oversight of these programs and leads a team of professionals that deliver Enterprise IT to our customers. As a P&L leader, she is responsible for strategy, execution and growth of the business.
Prior to this position, Debbie managed a broad range of portfolios delivering logistics, training, and software to both the Air Force and Army. As a portfolio manager, she had oversight of the Army’s Warfighter Readiness program which delivered fielding and modernization for new and existing communication technology. Debbie and her teams delivered software support to the Air Force to modernize and sustain critical logistics applications. Today, her teams are supporting the Army’s defensive cyber operations and delivering a broad range of Enterprise IT support.
Debbie is actively involved in supporting STEM initiatives and has led Leidos sponsorship and engagement in local science fairs. She actively supports the San Antonio Food Bank and is a co-founder of CARES, a Leidos internal team that provides emotional support to employees dealing with cancer.
Ms. De La O holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from St. Mary’s University and an MBA from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
