Lieutenant Colonel Stephanie M. Hahn is a Secretary of Defense Executive Fellow with Cisco Systems. The Secretary of Defense Executive Fellows program is a long-term investment and a key part of the Department of Defense's strategy to achieve the transformation of our military forces and capabilities. In this program, she is exposed to businesses reshaping organizational structures and methods of operations to provide innovative and competitive advantages. While working with Cisco Systems, Lt Col Hahn is able to glean the best of change, innovation, and leading-edge business practices that could be implemented to transform the DoD.
Prior to her current assignment, Lieutenant Colonel Hahn was the Commander of the 23d Intelligence Squadron, 655th Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Group, 655th Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Wing, Joint-Base Lackland, San Antonio, Texas. There she provided command direction and operational leadership to a force of over 100 officer and enlisted personnel, delivering intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance, as well as offensive cyberspace capabilities in support of operational planning and execution for United States Cyberspace Command, United States Strategic Command, and United States European Command.
