Ms. Beth Scherr serves as the Associate Director for the Office of Small Business Programs at U.S. Army Futures Command. Ms. Scherr is responsible for the oversight of the Small Business Program to include mission, training, policy, compliance, metrics and outreach.

Ms. Scherr has more than 17 years of experience in contracting and has served as the Deputy Director for the Office of Small Business Programs at U.S. Army Materiel Command, Assistant Director for the Office of Small Business Programs at U.S. Army Medical Command, and has held various positions from execution through the strategic level at the Army Contracting Command-NJ. She is Level III certified in Contracting and Level 1 certified in Program Management. She has a M.A. degree in Contract Management from Naval Post Graduate School, a M.S. degree in Supply Chain Management from Syracuse University, and a B.S. degree in Accounting from Montclair State University.
