Lee Tittle is a Program Lead in the IT Services Division within the Information Technology Category (ITC), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS). The Federal Acquisition Service provides buying platforms and acquisition services to Federal, DoD, State, and Local governments for a broad range of items from office supplies to motor vehicles to information technology and telecommunications products and services.

In 2014, Lee joined the IT Services Division within the GSA Office of Information Technology Category (ITC). Lee is responsible for the development of next-generation GWACs. Most recently, Lee successfully managed the VETS 2 GWAC Program. VETS 2 is the only GWAC in the federal government set-aside exclusively for Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. Under Lee's leadership, VETS 2 produced task order awards with a cumulative value over $1 billion. Lee is currently leading the development of Polaris, GSAs next-generation small business GWAC.

Previously, Lee worked in GSA’s Office of Small Business Utilization as Director for the GSA Heartland Office of Small Business Utilization. Lee was responsible for ensuring the region met its annual socioeconomic contracting goals by connecting small and disadvantaged businesses with contracting activities in the region.

Lee has also served as a Contracting Officer with an unlimited warrant for the Federal Acquisition Service in the Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) Division where he helped award 8(a) STARS, Alliant, Alliant Small Business and VETS.

Lee holds a Master’s Degree from Rockhurst University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri. Lee is Federal Acquisition Certification-Contracting (FAC-C) Level III in federal contracting.
