Peter Bartley is Chief of the Software License Acquisition Branch supporting United States Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) Software Engineering Center (SEC). He leads a team that procures software and hardware in support of US Army Tactical Units. Peter has worked at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD for the past 24 years. His background is technical with professional certifications and contracting support experience. Peter is a strong believer in the power of positive thinking in the workplace and mentors peers and team members to support their growth.
