Stephanie Perlick is the Chief Operating Officer of Evans Inc., a federal technology implementation firm. With more than two decades of program management experience across the public and private sectors, she specializes in solving complex organizational challenges through human-centered approaches.

At Evans, Stephanie runs the operational engine behind a growing federal portfolio spanning civilian, defense, and intelligence agencies — leading the systems, people, and decisions that keep delivery on track as the firm scales. Her leadership philosophy is straightforward: remove the barriers in front of your team and they will do the rest. That approach has guided Evans through periods of rapid growth without losing operational continuity or delivery quality for federal customers.

Before joining Evans in 2012, Stephanie lived and worked in China, Japan, Iraq, and Afghanistan, managing multi-million-dollar projects across Africa and the Middle East — most recently in contingency environments supporting the Department of Defense's Business Transformation Agency. Those years taught her how to lead teams through complex, often unprecedented environments and still get the mission done.
