 s Alabama\, Ohio\, and Texas. In FY20\, their portfolio value was $1.157B 
 across 136 programs\, 3.3M total users\, and 400+ applications with seven 
 (7) IDIQ contract vehicles ($24B ceiling). The directorate looks to small 
 business for innovation as well as agile and affordable solutions to meet 
 warfighter needs and support the Air Force’s mission.   \n\nMs. Baylor wil
