 ring the day’s end cocktail reception. \n\nIn order to comply with the cha
 pter’s ethical standards\, all self-registered military and government per
 sonnel will be randomly paired with industry participants. We will attempt
  to honor pairing requests\; however\, guaranteed specific pairings must b
