Lloyd is the director of the Market Insights team at TD SYNNEX Public Sector. In this capacity he takes a research driven approach to helping channel and technology companies develop successful business strategies to sell to the public sector. Before coming to TD SYNNEX Public Sector, Lloyd ran the public sector market intelligence team at immixGroup and stood up a commercial market intelligence team for Arrow Electronics, immixGroup’s parent company. Prior to working in private industry, Lloyd was a senior analyst in the intelligence community for eight years, serving in a variety of senior analytic and management positions in the U.S. and abroad. From 2020-2022, he also served as President of AFCEA NOVA, a professional association chapter of AFCEA with nearly 7,000 members that focuses on connecting industry and government. McCoy earned a B.A. in Political Science and an M.A. in Public Policy from University of Maryland, College Park, and he earned an M.S. in Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University. In his spare time, he loves reading, walking, traveling, playing video games, and watching movies.
