Col Summer Clovis is the Senior Material Leader and Director, Enterprise Logistics Systems, Business and Enterprise Systems Directorate, Maxwell-Gunter Air Force Base, Alabama. She leads a 633-person super-division, located in Alabama and Ohio, executing a $270 million annual budget to acquire, operate and sustain 110 maintenance, supply, and transportation information technology systems and applications. Col Clovis oversees logistics information technology systems acquisition and modernization, managing 60 BCAT II/III programs and directing financial compliance with DoD & GAO. She interfaces with OSD, Air Staff, and MAJCOMs daily supporting one billion data transactions for over one million DoD and NATO users at 900 sites worldwide.
