Rebecca Link is a government contracting growth executive with two decades of experience supporting federal business development, capture, proposal strategy, and organizational growth. She currently serves as Chief Growth Officer at OneGlobe, where she focuses on expanding the company’s presence across the federal market and developing strategies to pursue complex government opportunities.

Rebecca is an active member of the GovCon community and is engaged with industry organizations including AFCEA, ACT-IAC, PSC, and APMP. She is also a frequent speaker and contributor on topics including federal acquisition, competitive growth strategy, leadership,artificial intelligence, and the evolving role of technology in government contracting.

Rebecca holds an M.S. in Public Administration, is a Certified Practitioner through the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (CP APMP), and holds certifications in AI Governance and Compliance and Prompt Engineering. She is also a coming graduate of the ACT-IAC 2026 Partners Program.
