Theresa Terry serves as the Chief, Category Management and HAF Services for the Headquarters Air Force, Office Administration and Management. As the Chief of DAF CM, Theresa oversees the implementation, execution, and administration of DAF CM Program activities. Additionally, she is responsible for the management and oversight of the services acquisitions portfolio for Headquarters Air Force (HAF), valued at $17B which includes 37 2-letters and 700+ programs. Theresa is the Principal Services Acquisitions Business Advisor to all 37 HAF offices.
