Chief Master Sergeant Christopher S. Cole is the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chief Technology and Innovation Office, Headquarters United States Space Force. In this role, he advises the Chief of Technology and Innovation Officer with unlocking and harnessing innovation to increase speed and improve effectiveness of the Space Force’s mission and vision for a digital service. Additionally, he supports three Directorates encompassing Science and Technology; Infrastructure, Data, and Innovation; and Data Analysis.

Chief Cole entered the Air Force in September 2004. He graduated from the Computer-Communications Systems course at Keesler Air Force Base, MS, in March 2005. His background includes experience in Nuclear Command and Control, Project Management, Cybersecurity, and Communications Security Management with US nuclear, NATO, conventional materials, and Defensive Cyber Operations. His assignments include bases in Louisiana, Florida, Alaska, and Virginia. He also served overseas in the Netherlands and deployed in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom. He entered the United States Space Force on December 11, 2020.

Prior to his current assignment, he served as the Senior Enlisted Leader, Operations Support Division, Delta 26, National Reconnaissance Office, Chantilly, VA.
