Lt Col Stargell A. Mosley serves as Chief of the BESPIN Solution Center at Business Enterprise Systems, Gunter Annex, Maxwell Air Force Base, Alabama. Lt Col Mosley leads 200+ military, civilians, and contractors in building and operating the Air Force’s mobile center of excellence and using the latest industry best practices to build mobile and web applications in support of Air Force Program Offices.
Lt Col Mosley was born in Atlanta, Ga. He received his bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Tennessee State University, Nashville, TN and was commissioned through the Reserve Officer Training Corps program in 2003.
In his previous assignment, Lt Col Mosley served as Commander of the 37th Training Support Squadron, Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas. He oversaw Combat Weapons Training, Faculty Development, Military Training Leader Support, Instructional Technologies, the Airman Transition Assistance Flight, International Student Management, and Group Resources impacting over 80,000 students/trainees under Technical Training and Basic Military Training. Lt Col Mosley has also provided expert and integrated position/advise to Program Executive Officers, Service Acquisition Executive (SAE) and AF leadership on programming, budgeting, execution, and acquisition reporting for Air Force modernization programs.
