Charles Fitzsimmons, Jr. is the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Contracting Services Office (CSO) Division Chief for J6 Enterprise Technology Services (JETS). As head of the DCSO J6 IT Services Division, he oversees the DLA JETS IDIQs and associated task order competition. In 2014, Charles began his career at DCSO in Philadelphia. During his tenure at DCSO, Charles has been a Contracting Officer on the following teams: DOD FEDMALL, IT Software and Hardware Division, and JETS. Charles is the Contracting Officer on the JETS 2.0 acquisition and will oversee the contract administration for the program after award.

Prior to his time with DLA, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting, from Holy Family University. Charles also received a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Holy Family University in 2020.
