head of the DCSO J62 IT Services Division, he oversees the DLA J62 Enterprise Technology Services (JETS) IDIQs and associated task order competition. During his tenure, his division has awarded many crucial J62 awards. Some of the larger ones include GEX, AMPS, ICAM, PIEE, ECWM, DACS, and HMMS. He has also managed notable Non-Jets Requirements such as the High-VIZ Transcom contract, the Janitorial Services contracts, Marquee Support, and numerous 8a set asides through GSA.

Preceding his time at DCSO, David Zarenkiewicz served as a Branch Chief and Senior Contracting Officer (KO) for the Laboratory ECAT Division within DLA Troop Support Philadelphia’s Medical Commodity. During his tenure, he acted as DLA’s representative on the COVID-19 Interagency Task Force created by the Vice President. As part of his role on this task force, he worked directly with the heads of FEMA, HHS, NIH, VA, DOD, and the White House to appropriately source COVID 19 test kits, swabs, and UVTs to customers around the world. Prior to the pandemic, David served as Branch Chief to the Dental, Med Surg, and Optical ECAT Divisions. David also served as a Contracting Officer (KO) for the Medical Surgical Prime Vendor (MSPV) program and was instrumental in awarding the current 5th generation. David has 17 years of government experience, along with a graduate degree in Administration from Central Michigan University. While working with DLA, he has achieved numerous accolades including two Federal Executive Board (FEB) awards. Prior to his government work, David negotiated contracts in private industry for major television and film companies such as Universal, Fox, MGM, CBS, ABC, and Disney.
