Anneli Connell is an Associate Director for Capture at Guidehouse with diverse experience in capture, proposals and business development. Mrs. Connell is responsible for driving pinnacle pursuits across the firm in defense, IC and civilian segments. She focuses on deals within AI, Cyber, Cloud, Healthcare, Infrastructure, Logistics and overall modernization efforts.

Prior to joining Guidehouse, Anneli worked for companies across the civilian and defense markets, supporting capture, proposal, project management and continual improvement efforts as well as bringing in new business and fostering strong relationships. Anneli is responsible for the bringing in hundreds of millions of dollars in contract revenue. She enjoys mentoring more junior professionals in the profession regularly.

Mrs. Connell also leads an outreach committee within AFCEA NOVA chapter and is an active participant in AFCEA chapter activities and charity initiatives. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. She currently resides in Chantilly, VA with her three dogs and husband Chip.
