Harvey has spent 20+ years working as a sales and marketing executive in the software technology space in areas ranging from Cyber Security, AI, Supply Chain and Blockchain focusing on Government markets. Throughout his career Harvey has developed and successfully executed Government go to market sales and marketing plans for numerous venture backed technology companies and ran has run sales for an In-Q-Tel portfolio company. In 2016 Harvey co-founded Marion Square Partners an advisory services firm focusing on enabling technology companies to better understand and enter Government markets.

Harvey earned a BS in Business Administration from The Citadel in 1992 and has completed executive programs at both Stanford University and London School of Economics in Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
