Ms. Allison Strong is a Small Business Professional for PAE Maritime, operating under the Department of the Navy's Office of Small Business Programs. Allison began her federal service career as a Naval Acquisition Development Program (NADP) Contract Specialist Intern at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD). Throughout her tenure at NSWCDD, she excelled in multiple contracting positions and completed a pivotal rotation within M Department, ultimately rising to serve as the Deputy for Small Business. She earned her Master’s Degree in Contract Management from the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) and her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Mary Washington. Her NPS master's thesis was titled "Analysis of Small Business Participation in Online Marketplaces." Allison is DAWIA Level II certified in Contracting.
