Rajan Sharma is the Portfolio Manager for Digital Workspace Services (DWS) at PEO-Digital & Enterprise Services. He joined PMW205 in 2011 (before it was cool to be Digital) after working at Ford Motor Company (Fortune 10) for 14 years where he worked on multiple automotive IT Merger and Acquisition programs globally creating dynamic global IT teams, Operationalizing Hybrid IT Operating models and introduced new technologies at enterprise level.

For the last 6 years Rajan has led multiple teams at PEO while Guiding, Planning and Shaping the Navy Global deployment of M365 (IL5) suite of SaaS, IaaS and PaaS services. He championed the deployment of NEO365 in 2018/19 and embedded the best practices and lessons learned for the successful global deployment and adoption of now Flank Speed (Go Fathom).

He is back-to-back recipient of DON IT Excellence Modernize Award (2021) and DON IT Excellence Innovative Award (2022) for global deployment of Flank Speed. He is proud to have coined the term “conditions based” to manage expectations and high demand for new features and capabilities and M365 micro services. He has master’s from Carnegie Mellon University and Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Computer Engineering from SUNY at Buffalo. He is DAWIA Level 4, PMP, ITIL certified along with multiple cloud certifications.
