The guest speaker is Ms. Darlene Bullock, Executive Director of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU). As the Executive Director, Ms. Bullock implements the Department’s small business procurement programs across DHS’s $23 billion procurement operation, which awards over $8 billion each year to small businesses.

 

Ms. Bullock will:

- Provide an overview of the OSDBU

- Discuss the priorities for the upcoming year (FY 2024) 

- Share opportunities for the industry to engage with DHS
