Patricia St. George, CPA, is a partner and the Air Force Lead Account Partner as well as Service Line lead for Federal Supply Chain & Operations. She has served both commercial and federal organizations providing a wide range of business consulting services. She has more than 30+ years’ experience managing, advising and leading large-scale strategic enterprise, business and financial transformation programs for various DoD and Government agencies bringing together and building large, complex multidisciplinary teams comprised of professionals from multiple KPMG service areas. She works directly with C-level executives to drive change and help implement enterprise organizational governance, business and supply chain transformation, financial and system policies, processes and controls, outsourcing solutions and separation/integration outcomes, data analytic and RPA/Intelligent Automation capabilities, quality management, ERP/IT enablement and technology alignment through uniquely tailored methodologies and solutions that leverage KPMG commercial methodologies and leading practices into KPMG’s federal sector/DoD clients. She currently serves on three non-project boards to include Alfred University, ThanksUSA and Browne Academy.
