Join us on Tuesday, May 4, 2021 for the next AFCEA NOVA Small Business Virtual Breakfast Event as we welcome Ms. Carlen Capenos, Director of the Office of Small Business Programs for DISA. 

Small businesses play a critical role in supporting DISA’s mission requirements. It is their innovation, agility, and capability at both the prime and subcontractor levels that is essential in helping DISA provide support to warfighters and national-level leaders. In fiscal year 2020, DISA awarded $1.74 billion in prime contracts to small businesses. These 6,904 contract actions represented 23.4% percent of all contracts awarded by the agency.

Ms. Capenos will present an overview of DISA, inform attendees how small businesses can best position to do business with DISA, and discuss upcoming opportunities for small businesses to pursue.
