Mr. Dwight D. Deneal, Director, Office of Small Business Programs for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is presenting at the AFCEA NOVA Small Business Breakfast.  In his presentation, Mr. Deneal will provide an overview of the small business program at DLA and an update on the JETS 2.0 contract vehicle. Mr. Deneal supervises small business operations for DLA's six major subordinate commands.  He is also responsible for advocacy of all of DLA’s small business programs, dissemination of policies and procedures, and oversight of program execution.
