Captain Rachele Szall currently serves as the C2 SDA Branch Design Lead for the OpsC2 Acquisition Delta (Kobayashi Maru). The OpsC2 Acq Delta is focused on enabling the digital workforce in continuously delivering Operational C2 software that US Space Force operators love. In her role, Rachele leverages her experience in user-centered design to set best practices for design implementation throughout the software development lifecycle. Prior to that role, Rachele was with Kessel Run, the Air Force’s premiere software factory. Rachele served in several roles starting as one of the Air Force’s first active-duty Product Designers, the Product Design Practice Lead and stood up the Air Forces’s first Customer Success team.
