Mr. David Wicke serves as the Technical Lead for the Enterprise Engineering & Integration Services (E2IS) Integrated Product Team (IPT) in the Expeditionary Warfare Department and the Naval Command and Control IPT in the Fleet C4I and Readiness Department for the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic. Under his leadership, he manages the technical implementation of the Marine Corps Business Operations Support Services (MCBOSS) platform, along with other DevSecOps and Cloud efforts in the Navy and the Marine Corps. He also supports several Communities of Interest, planning teams, and efforts utilizing the Naval Innovative Science and Engineering (NISE) Program with focuses on Cloud, DevSecOps, Cybersecurity, Mobile Platforms, and Automated Testing. A key proponent of workforce development, David has also set up multiple Cybersecurity, Cloud, and DevOps training events including a DevOps Derby leveraging gamification of learning. Mr. Wicke has worked with the Navy for over 18 years as a Computer Scientist and Systems Engineer.

David is a 2001 graduate of the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. He also received a Master of Science in Computer and Information Science from the College of Charleston and the Citadel in 2006. He holds certifications with INCOSE for Associate Systems Engineering Professional (ASEP), Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) Security Leadership Certification (SLC), GIAC Web Application Defender (WEB), CompTIA Security+, ICS2 Certified Security Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP), and from Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) for Engineering III, Information Technology II, and Program Management I.
