Keith Moyer is Co-Owner/Vice President of TrustedQA, Inc (TQA). In this position, Keith drives the technical strategy and technical direction of TQA across the contracting practice and internal IT. This scope covers TQA’s 3 core Engineering capabilities: DevSecOps, Test Automation and Data Engineering. Keith has been a champion of his Engineering team’s adoption of Software Factory models to enable fault tolerant, scalable architectures with repeatable processes to support our warfighters. Additionally, Keith leads solutioning and proposal development across all new business pursuits and actively participates in customer engagements.

Prior to his role with TQA, Keith was a Software Engineer supporting end-customers such as DARPA and NAVSEA where he worked on Radar and Sonar systems covering algorithm development through front-end displays. Prior to his position as a Software Engineer, Keith supported Software and Hardware Integration and Software Testing where he developed Test and Integration tools and frameworks.

Keith holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Kentucky.
