Eric Shaw is a Project Management Specialist with the U.S. Army’s Product Manager Global Enterprise Network Modernization - Americas (PdM GENM-A). Eric provides Government oversight to more than 20 personnel supporting the GENM-A Program Management Office in the areas of Operations, Logistics, Knowledge Management, Integrated Master Scheduling, and Acquisitions and Contracts. Eric is also responsible for implementing process improvements and organizational change management for GENM-A.
Prior to Federal service, Eric was the Chief Growth Officer for SkyePoint Decisions. He was responsible for executing the company’s strategic growth pursuits and leading new business captures leading to a 56% increase in annual revenue for the company. Eric led the execution of Army and Defense Logistics Agency new business pursuits through the acquisition of SNR Government IT Services.
Eric brings more than a decade of experience leading growth and business development strategies in the Federal market. He led Axiologic Solutions’ capture and proposal activities in the Intelligence Community and the Department of Defense. During his tenure with an 8(a) Alaskan Native Corporation, Eric developed and managed customer pipelines for six subsidiaries with Cape Fox Corporation, serving Defense and Federal Civilian customers. Previously he supported CGI Federal’s Security, Administrative, Judicial, and Enforcement (SAJE) Business Unit where he led capture efforts in support of the Department of Homeland Security and Department of Justice. He also spent several successful years leading capture and proposal efforts with Constellis.
Eric has held several industry volunteer positions during his career including as a member of the AFCEA Homeland Security Committee. He previously served as the Global SOF Foundation’s Small Business Committee Chair and the Co-Chair for the United Nations Association National Capitol Area Young Professionals.
Eric received his Bachelor’s degree from The State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo in International Relations with a Minor in History.
