Mr. Nikam played a pivotal role in the Army ERP convergence project, now known as EBS-C, where he guided the project's build, deployment, and fielding strategy, benefiting over 200,000 Army users. As a certified SAP Architect, he was instrumental in the implementation of the US Army's Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), contributing to the development of both LMP Increments I and II and providing architectural expertise across a wide range of Supply Chain activities.
