Kenneth Beam leads the HQDA G-46 Logistics Enterprise Support Agency’s (LESA) Data Division. In this capacity he is responsible for enabling logistics data that is Visible, Accessible, Understandable, Linked, Trusted, Interoperable and Secure (VAULTIS) across the Army & DOD Enterprise for analysis, and the establishment of metric reporting and data analytic tools to support HQDA G4 logistics policy, programming, and planning decisions. Previous assignment with G4/LESA includes leading projects for Condition Based Maintenance Plus, Common Logistics Operating Environment (CLOE) capabilities, and Logistics Business Intelligence tools. Prior to joining G4/LESA, Mr. Beam worked for the Army’s CECOM Research, Development, and Engineering Center (CERDEC) where he supported mission command and positioning, navigation, and timing technology programs. Mr. Beam holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University, a Master of Science in Software Engineering from Monmouth University, and Master of Technology Management from the Stevens Institute of Technology.
