As the Director of the CG's Innovation Cell at Army Human Resources Command, COL Kristin Saling leads a highly skilled team of technical experts across data science, analytics, computer science, software development, cyber security, psychometrics, and human resource technology. The Innovation Cell leads strategy and informs policy on data, analytics, and AI adoption, creates connections across the DoD and to academia and industry to ensure HRC capitalizes on the latest HR business processes and technology, and acts as a response force to address emerging challenges with digital solutions.
