Throughout her career she has improved business processes, developed strategic communication plans, and delivered integrated technology solutions to the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Justice, Department of Defense, and state/local government. Carol is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and graduated with Master of Business Administration, MS in Management, and BA in Criminology and Criminal Justice.
