Mark is a 1993 Graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point. He served a full military career spanning nearly 28 years serving as an Armor officer in Cavalry, Armor, and Airborne Infantry units. Toward the end of his career, he transitioned to Electronic Warfare and subsequently Cyber Operations. He retired in January 2021 as a colonel with his last assignments being Director of the Army’s Capability Management Office for Electronic Warfare (EW) and Deputy Director of the Army’s Capability Development and Integration Directorate for EW and Cyberspace Operations. Since retiring, he has worked at AnaVation, LLC, as their Director of Army Strategy and then Director of Army Accounts.
