Mr. Stephen J. Falcone, a member of the Acquisition Corps, is the Digital Director of Engineering, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts. He is responsible for organizing, training and equipping the engineering and test resources, providing acquisition and technical advice and support to the Program Executive Officer - Digital.

As Director, Mr. Falcone is the senior technical advisor to the PEO Digital and the Organizational Senior Functional (OSF) for Engineering and COS/IT. He provides overall technical management for the development and support of major weapons systems across the Digital Directorate. As OSF, he leads more than 1,800 Airmen, government civilians and support contractors in the professional development and execution of a $19 billion FYDP portfolio of ACAT, non-ACAT, technology transition, and Foreign Military Sales programs.

Mr. Falcone began his Career as an Officer in the Army and had over 30 years on Active Duty and in the Army Reserves. He has served in a broad range of senior engineering positions in acquisition; first as an A&AS Contractor and then as a Government Civilian (December 2009). Prior to his current assignment, he was Director of Engineering for Theater Battle Control Division (AFLCMC/HBD) at Hanscom AFB, MA.
