Ms. Natalie Yacoub-Pugh is a member of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Office of Small Business Programs. She serves as an advisor to DIA leadership on all small business related matters; she is a small business advocate, promoting utilization in DIA requirements to strengthen the industrial base. Additionally, she is the Program Manager for DIA’s Mentor Protégé Program, and Subcontracts Management. Previously, Ms. Yacoub-Pugh was the Contracting Officer for the Virginia Contracting Activity. In this role, she served as a trusted business advisor on multiple acquisition strategies for complex requirements. Before joining DIA, Ms. Yacoub-Pugh was an Acquisition Support Analyst to DIA for a small defense contractor responsible for providing vital insight. Ms. Yacoub-Pugh also worked at two other federal agencies as a Project Administrator, overseeing Guest operations for launch and landing activities at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center, and was a Privacy Compliance officer for the USAF. Ms. Yacoub-Pugh earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of South Florida. She is Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement (DAWIA) Level III certified in Contracting and a member of the Defense Acquisition Corps.
